Carefully crafted and designed just for you, this five-week self-improvement program includes a wide range of astrological insights across different areas of your life, accompanied by weekly one on one calls with me to discuss the insights to help you integrate what you learn each week.

1. The program begins with an in-depth, personalized birth chart reading in the first week to set the stage for the work ahead. This will also help us get to know one another and address any questions or issues you’d like to make sure we cover during the program.
2. In the second week we focus on your health and body using insights from body astrology to raise your awareness of ways in which you can work with the connection between your physical body and the cosmos. You’ll receive information about the connection between your chart and the types of food you consume and optimal fitness regimens for ultimate alignment, as well as other health-related insights.
3. In the third week we will focus on your career, mission and purpose for this lifetime. This week’s module will help you uncover your innate talents and bring you in closer alignment the types of activities that are likely to make you feel fulfilled so that you can move forward with your mission and purpose.
4. In the fourth week we will focus on love and intimate relationships. This module will raise your consciousness around the ways in which you are wired for love. By consciously knowing what works for you and how you need to experience love and intimacy, you can experience more meaningful relationships. At the end of this week, you will have a better understanding of how your chart informs your love language.
5. In the fifth week, we will focus on integration. In the end you will have a comprehensive 360-degree view of yourself inside and out, as well as the tools to be able to make the most of your newfound knowledge.
